Is there a storage limit when using Encoding.com?

Encoding.com saves all of your source video files and encoded video files for a 15 day retention period. There is a default limit to storing you video files of 100GB, if you require more than 100GB please feel free to contact our support team. You may delete your video files manually using the "Media List" tab of the client interface.
