How can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

At any time you can choose to upgrade, downgrade or switch to pre-paid. Here's how:

1) Log into your account via https://www.encoding.com/login

2) Go to 'My account'

3) Next to the account type, select 'Change'

4) You'll be given the option to downgrade or upgrade, or change to a pre-paid plan.  Choose wisely!

5) Ensure to hit 'Save' - That's it, you're done.

While in this user interface, you can also regenerate API keys and change passwords, contact information, etc. Have a look around here, as it's the master control panel for your account.
